At Pureali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process to ensure that your experience with us is hassle-free. Please read through our policy carefully.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pureali.xyz. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a discounted or promotional item, the refund will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the sale price.

3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing the exchange and sending the new item to you. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with exchanges.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@pureali.xyz with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pureali.xyz. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

7. Processing Times
